Standard decor items are processed within 2-3 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location in Australia. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our Sydney warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Palms Sydney ships exclusively within Australia. We are looking into expanding our coastal-inspired collections globally in the near future.
What is your return policy for home items?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy for most items, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and towels cannot be returned once opened, and custom furniture pieces are final sale.
