At The Palms Sydney, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that sale items and custom orders are final sale.
Submit a Request
Email our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Carefully package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our Sydney warehouse using a trackable shipping service.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
